Emergency 24 hour Fire Ban

HBM FIRE & EMERGENCY SERVICES – COMPLETE FIRE BAN

Due to the extremely dry conditions and the smoke from the Northern fires,

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen has issued a ban on all open-air burning effective August 7, 2025. This ban suspends all approved Open-Air Burning Permits.

HBM Fire & Emergency Services greatly appreciates your co-operation during this ban and will continue to monitor the conditions and issue a subsequent release when the Fire Ban is lifted.
